Contact DMFirst: Support Email, Account Help and Scam Reports
Updated · DMFirst

This page explains how to contact DMFirst support about your game account, the guides or a fake page using our name, what to put in your message so we can help quickly, and where to go when money has been sent to someone else.
How to Reach Us
Email is the only way to reach DMFirst support. Write to us at [email protected]. We read every message about accounts, coins, the game and the guides, and we reply as soon as we can.
We have no phone number, no WhatsApp number and no Telegram account. Any number, chat or channel that claims to be our support is not ours, however real it looks, so please do not reply to it.
What We Can and Cannot Help With
- We can help with: your account on the official game (login trouble, a forgotten password, a guest account you want to keep), coin balances and bonuses, bugs or rounds that did not load, mistakes in our guides, and fake pages or apps that copy us.
- We cannot help with: logins, balances, deposits or withdrawals on any other website or app that uses the DMFirst name. Those copycats are not run by us, and we have no access to their systems.
If your question is about money you sent elsewhere, go straight to the scam section below. It lists the public services that can act on your report.
What to Include in Your Message
Clear details let us find your account and the problem without a long back-and-forth:
- Your username, and send the email from the address saved on your account if you added one.
- Your device and browser, for example an Android phone with Chrome, or an iPhone with Safari.
- What you were doing, which room you were in, and roughly when it happened.
- Screenshots of the error or the screen that looks wrong.
- For a fake page or app: its full web address or exact name, and how you found it.
Never include your password, OTPs, UPI PIN, card numbers or ID documents. We do not need them, and a real support team will never ask for them.
Fix Common Problems Yourself
Many problems can be solved on your own device, often faster than a reply could arrive.
- Forgot your password: there is no reset link yet. Email us from the address on your account with your username, and we will help you get back in.
- Cannot log in: check the spelling of your username and that Caps Lock is off, then try the login screen again. The login error fixes cover more cases.
- Coins running low: claim the daily bonus of 1,000 coins, or take a refill of 2,000 coins once your balance is under 100 (once every 6 hours).
- Game will not load: refresh the page, update your browser, check your connection, and turn off battery saver if the timer seems to pause.
For longer step-by-step fixes, read the customer care guide. Short answers to common questions are on the frequently asked questions page.
Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and its data yourself from the account deletion page. Deletion removes your username, coin balance, history and leaderboard place, and it cannot be undone. If you cannot log in to delete it, email us from the address on your account. Our privacy policy explains what we store.
Report a Scam or Fake Page
If you paid money to a site, app, agent or Telegram channel using our name, we cannot get it back, because we never take money and have no link to them. The public services below can act, and speed matters.
- Call 1930, the national cybercrime helpline, as soon as possible after a payment. Early reports give the best chance of stopping money in transit.
- File a complaint on the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal with your screenshots and UPI or bank reference numbers.
- Tell your bank or UPI app straight away if you shared an OTP, a UPI PIN or card details.
- Report fraud calls and SMS through the Chakshu option on Sanchar Saathi.
Please also email us the address or app name, so we can warn other players. Be careful with anyone who offers to "recover" lost money for a fee: that is a common second scam aimed at people who already lost money.
What We Will Never Ask For
Scammers often pretend to be support staff. To make it easy to tell us apart, we will never ask you for:
- Money, a deposit, an "activation" or "release" fee, or a payment of any kind.
- Your password, OTP, UPI PIN, card number, CVV or net banking login.
- Aadhaar, PAN or other ID photos.
- Screen sharing, remote access apps or an APK install.
- A call or chat on phone, WhatsApp or Telegram.
If a message asks for any of these and says it is from us, ignore it and report it. You can also read who we are and what we never do, and the checks for spotting a fake site.
Helplines and Safe Play
If a game is affecting your mood, money or relationships, talk to someone. The iCALL psychosocial helpline is free on 9152987821. For online fraud, call 1930.
18+ only. DMFirst rounds are played with free virtual coins that are not money, and nobody can predict or promise a result. Since 1 May 2026, India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 bans online games played for money. Read our helplines and safe play guide for limits and free help.
